About the author
Garrett Mc reign was a cook for 20 years. He loves cooking and has worked with some excellent including the institutions Ritz hotel in Piccadilly, London, Le Jardin des Sens in Montpellier, south of France: the Dicke Sophie Restaurant, John Kirchen, Munich, in the heart of Bavaria , and the restaurant Al Mandracchio in Ancona on the east coast of Italy. He came home to Dublin and worked in La Stampa to Dawson Street, Lloyds Brasserie, Bistro and Rolys in Ballsbridge.
